The Foil Assist Set AL includes the following components:

E Mast AL Cruise Set

At 80 cm long and made of lightweight aluminum, this mast is slightly shorter than the eMast AL, making it more beginner-friendly while still offering excellent performance in swell and rough water. The eMast AL Cruise is extremely rigid and provides a direct and responsive feel. The powerful motor is mounted low on the mast, positioned just 15 cm above the fuselage, and features a folding two-blade propeller. The Cruise Set also includes an optional propeller guard for added safety.

Note: To mount a fuselage to the eMast, you need an adapter. In addition to the Duotone adapter, we offer ten other options for combining the Foil Assist with your third-party foils. The adapter is not included and must be purchased separately.

E Harness Set

The Foil Assist is powered by two compact batteries housed in a waterproof case mounted on a lightweight eHarness (approx. 8 lbs). This keeps your board free of additional weight and drag. With the batteries positioned on the rider, the natural, fluid feel of foiling is preserved, without restricting freedom of movement. The eHarness floats and is easy to remove. A cable runs neatly along the board’s short leash and connects the batteries to the eMast. The receiver integrated into the battery case ensures a stable and reliable connection between the remote and the motor throughout your session.

E Remote Watch Ring Set

The Foil Assist Remote—a waterproof, smartwatch-style controller with a finger ring—frees your hands and makes it easier to paddle or push yourself on your board. Activate the motor by double-clicking the + button and control the speed by holding + or –.

Battery Charger Set

The charger can fully charge both batteries in under an hour and includes a discharge function that helps maintain long-term battery health.

Battery set suitable for air travel

Depending on your level, setup, and conditions, the Foil Assist batteries offer 30–50 minutes of run time per charge.
