Unit SLS 2027

The Unit SLS 2027 features a shorter strut for a more compact feel and reduced weight, improving maneuverability and control in both gusty and lull conditions. The SLS construction, featuring a lightweight yet stiff 135g PentaTX and an 82g Aluula Gold center panel, significantly increases stiffness and responsiveness while reducing overall weight. Maintaining the same leading edge diameter as the Unit Original in smaller sizes, the SLS version delivers increased thrust, with more low-end power and a direct, precise connection in all conditions.

The refined profile distribution, with less depth in the center and more towards the quarter of the span, ensures efficient power delivery and stability when flagging. The new canopy tension and optimized tip torsion give the Unit SLS cleaner aerodynamics, greater profile stability, and an extremely responsive feel. The updated window layout improves visibility without compromising performance.

Featuring the Fusion boom or handle option, high-performance MOD3s canopy, and refined details throughout, the Unit SLS is designed for riders who want to take their riding to the next level.

Main features:

Compactness The shorter strut design reduces weight and creates a more compact feel, improving maneuverability and making the wing handling smoother.

Direct Response Optimized canopy tension and tip torsion improve profile stability and deliver precise, highly responsive feedback.

More Power at Low RPM Maintaining the Unit Original’s leading edge diameter in the smaller sizes provides more push and drive, helping riders get started sooner and maintain power through transitions.

Precision and Lightness The PentaTX frame combined with an Aluula Gold center panel increases stiffness while reducing weight and creating a highly responsive and direct riding experience.

Stable Flagging The refined profile distribution improves efficiency and keeps the wing balanced and controlled when surfing and riding in swell.

Versatile Performance If you’re looking to take your freeride, freestyle, or wave riding to the next level, the Unit SLS is for you! More power, more direct control, and higher performance in all disciplines.
